Vee Baku (Born 11/19/77) is a youth soccer trainer in South Carolina. A native of Uganda (Africa),Vee played collegiately with NCAA Division I Marshall University Soccer, huntington WV under Coach Bob Gray on a soccer scholarship and majored in Management Information Systems (M.I.S). Vee has an approximate active soccer playing experience of 25yrs with 20yrs being extremely competative. Vee has been coaching youth soccer in South Carolina since 2002.

Prior to attending school at Marshall, Vee attended Shimoni Primary school where he played for Coach John Bosco Ddungu and Nakasero Primary school with coach John Bosco Masiko at elementary / primary school education level playing on both schools soccer teams.

St. Henry's College Kitovu (by then serial quarter finalists,semi finalists and finalists in the Uganda national high school championships) was the next stop for Junior High school where he played under the tutelage of veteran Uganda youth soccer Coach Rev. Fr. Cornelius Ryan for 4yrs.

Vee continued to play at Kibuli secondary school (Perennial national high school champions) for 1yr before switching to eventual National High School Champions St. Leo's College Kyegobe to complete high school in 1997. In 1994, Vee was called up for the U17 Uganda national team camp while still playing high school ball. Between 1994 and 1996 while still in High school at Kibuli Senior Secondary school, Vee was signed on as a student player for Uganda Post Office Soccer team POSTA FC which was playing in the national league until he joined eventual 1997 Uganda national high school champions St. Leos college Kyegobe.

Signed on by national league team Police Football Club after the High school nationals, Vee played for 3yrs before eventually pursuing a soccer scholarship at Marshall University.

After Marshall, Vee moved to Aiken South Carolina and was introduced to youth soccer training in 2001 by then Aiken Fire (first ever South Carolina youth team to make nationals) soccer coach Justin Rhodes.
Vee joined Aiken Soccer club and trained the boys academy age group for 4yrs before moving to Charleston SC in 2007.

Coaching youth soccer has seen Vee train youth players to play quality and objective soccer from academy age to U17 age group over a span of 9yrs.

Vee Baku is a USSF certified coach.
